– Understand the market and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) needs, including conducting user and customer experiments and analytics;
– Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and changes as needed;
– Analyze collected data through the Heart Monitor to gain user insights and inform product development;
– Manage the product launch process, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery to the market;
– Ensure successful integration of Shen.AI SDK for customers; develop and provide training materials and sessions for customers; establish a feedback loop with customers and G2M to continually improve support services and product offerings.
– Work with the team to ensure efficient and effective product development;
– Ensure that the product meets all the relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
– Proven track record of delivering excellent product and user experiences within mobile/web products;
– Customer-centric with a focus on building honest, strong relationships;
– Exceptional self-organization and a strong sense of ownership;
– Ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and transform insights into actionable activities;

At MX Labs we most often cooperate base on B2B agreements.
Our interview process is 100% remote. The first step is an initial, short call, then a 1 hour long technical interview which might be leading to a small home assignment (which we pay for if it is approved) and finally another short general interview with Founder/s. Everything can take under 2 weeks.
